John Byrne at Raw Story has found that the GOP intends to pass a $52 BILLION relief bill for New Orleans... without letting anyone in the House read it. The House leadership has also denied a measure allowing two hours of discussion of the bill, and they won't let any amendments be made to the bill.

This is democracy in action? I don't think so.
